Pakistani food is considered to be one of the most famous foods around the globe. It’s impossible to stay away from the delicious Pakistani foods. These mouth-watering cuisines can easily make you amazed about the food of Pakistan. The Pakistani foods are so pleasing to eat and it’s full of calories as well. The varied regions also mean there is wide range of different foods. Pakistan generally regarded as a “bread culture”. • Food uniqueness and cultural heritage • Food quality and price • Nutrition and health benefits of food • Affective image of food Ingredients: • Date • Khoya • Chocolate • Coconut • Almond • Dry fruits Recipe: The first thing we have to do is to manage all the ingredients. Take one almond note that it must be sweet. Now cover the almond with layer of khoya it gives you delicious taste as peanut butter. Then put that khoya toffee cover with date and then put into the full bowl of chocolate which cover it properly and after that it must be cover with dry fruits which is more delicious then anything else. Calories: Calories in 100 grams dark chocolate is 546 which is very sweet and usually used in food making. It may be in the form of liquid or in solid but yeah! It’s very tasty too eat as a sweet dish. Khoya is dried milk which is has total 36.9% fats in 24 grams of khoya and 76% saturated fat in 15.2 grams of khoya. Almond is full of fiber, magnesium, protein, vitamin E, and healthy fats. It lowers the sugar level, and reduces cholesterol levels, and reduces blood pressure which makes us healthy. This is also useful for weight loss and reduces huger level.
